iT Engineering Software Innovations - Condition monitoring for production
The IIoT Building Blocks from IT Engineering Software Innovations support the entire process of industrial data processing, from the collection of data to its evaluation. A combination of software components and open source technologies is used in the three building blocks 'Collect', 'Explore' and 'Improve'. In the first step, the 'Data Collector' and 'Collector App' software tools collect large, high-frequency data volumes on the store floor - including from machines from different manufacturers and generations. In the 'Explore' module, relevant data is visually processed on customizable dashboards and evaluated in a structured manner. The final step, 'Improve', is where the value-adding benefit is created, namely the extraction of information, the creation of forecasts through statistical evaluations and the training of suitable machine learning models. Based on the information obtained, production processes can be optimized, product quality improved and optimization potential identified.
