The dTrans T09 temperature transmitter from Jumo offers high vibration and shock resistance and is particularly suitable for retrofitting systems. The cable transmitter with 4-wire connection for resistance thermometers is available with an analog output (4 to 20 mA) or an IO-Link interface. Pt100 or Pt1000 sensors can be used. The stainless steel housing is available in protection classes IP65, IP67 and IP69, with plug-and-play connection on both sides using M12 plugs.
Wiring errors can be avoided by using pre-assembled cables for the M12 connections on both sides, which are also available.
Due to its design, the temperature transmitter is largely insulated from process influences and is therefore particularly robust and durable, according to the manufacturer. The version with IO-Link interface optimizes production processes through communication down to the lowest field level and offers maximum transparency of the measured values and sensor statuses. The interface also includes a switching output. This enables temperature measurement and monitoring with just one device.
