B&R now integrates function buttons and rotary switches directly into the front glass of projected capacitive touchscreens. As a result, the panel variants no longer offer any contact surfaces for dirt and contamination and are therefore particularly suitable for environments with the highest hygienic requirements.

If the user so wishes, the company can provide all variants with a projected capacitive touchscreen with corresponding finger guides. This means that the entire display surface is available for displaying sliders or dials, for example.
The patented finger guides are tactile and enable so-called 'blind operation'. For example, the machine operator can observe a machine process and make settings without having to look away from the machine.

The finger guides, which are around 1 mm deep, can be frosted or clear. The panels are available in screen diagonals from 5 to 24 inches as a display unit or panel PC. The panels are optionally available in a seamless stainless steel housing with protection class IP69K.

For coordination.
