According to SAC, the Trevista CAM unit closes the gap between simple applications for intelligent cameras and demanding surface inspection tasks. Based on the 'Trevista' illumination approach, in combination with a high-performance smart camera and the 'Coake 7' evaluation software, a process-reliable 100% surface inspection is realized. By separating brightness and topography information into several separately assessable result images, even the finest defect features can be reliably detected using special evaluation algorithms and inspection commands. The compact unit comprises a camera, inspection software and lighting unit, which are fully configured. The 'Coake 7' evaluation software makes all of the unit's functions intuitively accessible. An inspection task can be carried out in a short time using drag & drop.
