Vescon is an automation specialist, plant manufacturer and engineering partner and has been a founding member of the international SCIO Automation platform since 2019. The company has already been using virtual commissioning (VIBN) in its plant projects for several years, saving time and costs during on-site commissioning. In order to be able to respond to individual customer wishes and requirements, the provider relies on several VIBN software programs from different manufacturers. VIBN has now become a mandatory part of the offering, paving the way for further digitalization projects in the Group, such as the Digital Twin.

The cloud software 'SO3' is a 360° collaboration solution for project engineering and management. As a central communication platform, it combines the project data of all trades in one place, regardless of location and in real time, and also provides the project status as well as electrical and mechanical data bundled in a visual layout. Everyone involved in the project can create, view and edit their individual tasks and is in direct contact with all other relevant parties. In this way, the entire plant engineering project unfolds on a collaborative platform.
