New composition of the Executive Board
The Management Board of the ifm group of companies presents itself in its new composition for the first time.
Following the departure of Dr. Thomas May on June 30, 2024, the Executive Board of the ifm Group met for the first time in its new composition. Since July 1, 2024, the current Management Board has consisted of Michael Marhofer (co-CEO), Martin Buck (co-CEO), Benno Kathan (CTO), Christoph von Rosenberg (CFO) and Dr. Dirk Kristes (COO).
"We would like to take this opportunity once again to thank Dr. May for his many years of service on the Management Board," says Michael Marhofer, co-CEO of the ifm Group: "And of course we wish him all the best for his well-deserved retirement." Martin Buck, also co-CEO, adds: "With the new composition of the Management Board, which addresses future challenges, we believe we are well positioned for the future."
