Dieter Schink is a team player. He is convinced that the success of a company can never be entirely determined by individuals. The decisive factor is a good team that works together with the management to make the right business decisions.

Originally a retail salesman, practical business economist and business organizer, Dieter Schink began working for May in 1974. From 1988, the then company boss Klaus May and Dieter Schink managed the company together; today Dieter Schink is the sole owner and has been associated with May for over 45 years.
