To do this, it collects data at the edge (on the assembly line or in the production facility), in the company data center and in the cloud and uses the potential of AI for analyses, recommendations and autonomous actions. This paves the way for on-demand production. The solution helps to optimize product quality and maximize output; facilitates the management of complex production processes; improves OEE; reduces production and maintenance costs; future-proofs manufacturing.

Florian Dörr, Head of Edge Practice DACH at Hewlett Packard Enterprise and Maximilian Morwind, IoT Technical Sales Lead EMEA at Microsoft, welcome you to the presentation on "How a distributed industrial cloud enhances future-proof production processes".
