Marco Geiser becomes new Vice President Secure Power DACH

Marco Geiser has held the position of Vice President of Secure Power DACH since April 1, 2026. In this role, he will strategically develop the Secure Power business in Germany, Austria and Switzerland, strengthen it operationally and focus it on growth.

The Secure Power division includes solutions for UPS systems, edge computing architectures, data center infrastructure and digital services. According to the company, the recently acquired Motivair brand in particular significantly strengthens Secure Power's comprehensive data center offering and is an important building block for future success in this market.

Geiser was most recently responsible as Vice President Services in DACH. Prior to this, he had been Service Sales Director in Switzerland at Schneider Electric since 2022. During this time, he made a significant contribution to the further development of the service portfolio, strengthening customer focus and implementing organizational transformation programs. He has more than 14 years of international management experience in Europe, Dubai and the USA.

Marco Geiser laid his academic foundation as a graduate engineer at the University of Applied Sciences Northwestern Switzerland. He holds an Executive MBA from ETH Zurich and recently completed an Executive Program in Organizational Leadership & Transformation at HEC Paris.
