With this expansion, the company is responding to the increased demands of a globally growing market. "With the introduction of the CSO role, we are specifically focusing on national and international sales and marketing. Michael Kadziela has the ideal qualifications to further expand our market presence and deepen our customer focus," says Axel Hessenkämper, Managing Director at Janitza. Kadziela studied aircraft construction and sales management and supplemented his education with an MBA at the Frankfurt School of Finance & Management. He has many years of management experience in technical companies and was responsible for finance, sales, supply chain and production at his previous employer GTM Testing and Metrology.

As CSO, Mr. Kadziela will work closely with the management team, which currently consists of Markus Janitza, Axel Hessenkämper, Rudolf Müller and Alexander Veidt. "I see my new role at Janitza as a great opportunity to work with a dedicated team to provide new impetus in sales and marketing. For me, this includes digital sales and marketing approaches such as CRM systems, e-commerce and marketing automation solutions. I am particularly looking forward to intensifying individual customer support worldwide and further developing sustainable partnerships," says Michael Kadziela, Chief Sales Officer at Janitza.
