Block Transformatoren-Elektronik was founded in 1939 and has grown over the years into an international company with 1000 employees. The management team has grown accordingly. Today, an eight-strong team forms the management level. The management consists of CEO and owner Wolfgang Reichelt, COO Udo Leonhard Thiel and CFO Lars Ullenboom. Another part of the management team is the executive level, consisting of Jens Scheffelmeier for Production and Logistics, Michael Linke for Purchasing and Materials Management, Veit Brämer for Sales, Tobias Kirschke for Human Resources and Kai Heinemann for Development and Product Management. In January 2024, Veit Brämer, Kai Heinemann and Tobias Kirschke were appointed authorized signatories of Block Transformatoren-Elektronik.

In addition to the managing directors, Marlis Reichelt, wife of Wolfgang Reichelt, was also granted power of attorney. As part of the plans for company succession, this is an important step that the Reichelt couple have jointly decided to take in order to successfully accompany Block into the future.
