The supercapacitor energy storage used ensures long-term stable and environmentally friendly protection at 5 A output current. The UPS series is available in three versions with different integrated storage capacities so that the buffer time can be adapted to the respective application. In the event of voltage dips, the system switches over automatically and seamlessly to ensure trouble-free operation of the control technology. Thanks to the compact width of 45 mm to 72 mm, the CAP UPSs can be integrated in a space-saving manner. The integrated system diagnostics via status LED and active signaling contact enable full transparency and reliable status monitoring at all times. The modules can also be used as an external power boost module for the upstream power supply unit. This provides 12 A of additional current for up to 6 s to cover short-term power peaks.
