Bicker is launching a modular, integrable DC UPS solution for safety-critical systems in industry, medical technology and smart infrastructure.
The 24 V (DC) emergency power supply with CE-certified LiFePO4 battery pack ensures fail-safe operation in the event of a power failure, voltage dip or flicker. The solution from Bicker consists of the Upsi-2406 charging and control unit and the BP-LFP-1375S LiFePO4 battery pack (99Wh). The UPS management software 'UPScom' is available for intuitive configuration and monitoring. The battery pack operates in the range from -20 to +55 °C. The charging and control unit enables flexible integration of the solution into existing systems. All relevant operating data of the battery pack is continuously monitored and controlled via an I²C interface. An intelligent power sharing function ensures that the available input power is distributed dynamically depending on the load requirement and the charge status of the battery pack. In the event of power failures or voltage dips, the charging and control unit takes over the uninterrupted supply of the load from the energy storage system within microseconds.
