Tsubaki Kabelschlepp presents the 'Uniflex Advanced 1775' (UA1775) energy chain with new sizes and features.
The energy chain from Tsubaki Kabelschlepp is available for types 020 (closed frame), 030 (with outside hinged and detachable brackets) and 040 (with inside hinged and detachable brackets) with an internal height of 56 mm in widths between 100 and 400 mm. The cable carrier system can be used with and without pretensioning as well as unsupported and gliding over long travel distances. With bending radii of 90 to 340 mm and a short pitch of 77.5 mm, the torsion-resistant design with its stable chain body ensures low wear. This cable drag chain consists of up to 35 % recycled pellets. The 'UA1775' enables an installation-friendly cable assignment: The connecting brackets can be opened and closed in just two simple steps. All you need is a simple screwdriver. Even when open, the bracket remains captive on the chain link.
