Multiple bridges in one track

With Wago's new cross-bridging device for endless bridging from 1 to 3 of the 2002 series, the solution of various bridging tasks should become even easier.

It can be used, for example, to implement device-oriented potential distribution for the connection of a 24 V power supply for small devices. The terminals with the positive and negative poles belonging together are mounted directly next to each other on the mounting rail and are no longer arranged in blocks. By combining the existing jumper for endless bridging from 1 to 2 and the new jumper from 1 to 3, a wide variety of bridges can be realized in just one jumper track. The Wago jumpers are designed so that they only occupy half of the jumper opening. This means that two jumpers form a common contact. In contrast to the use of conventional comb jumpers, according to the manufacturer, it is not necessary to change to the second jumper track after a limited number of terminals. The second jumper track remains free for additional jumpers or can be used, for example, with Topjob-S connectors for further connections or for testing.
