Stäubli Electrical introduces the 4 mm stacked connector and test lead program.
The Han 1A plastic connector (pictured left) from Harting has a compact, robust and universally applicable rectangular connector system for transmitting data or signals in Industry 4.0. Due to the ever smaller drives, smaller interfaces are required in the areas of mechanical engineering and robotics, for example. The connector series reflects this with suitable housings and inserts.
The necessary shielding for the motor connection can also be implemented with the plastic connectors. According to the manufacturer, the new connectors save up to 30% space compared to the Han 3A connectors. They can also be used in a variety of ways, for example for transmitting data, signals and power with up to twelve contacts. The connection using snap-in technology reduces installation times, as installation does not require any screws.
