Pflitsch has further developed the easyRoute trunking planning tool: The current 2017 version includes all components of the company's industrial, PIK and mesh trunking systems. This allows users to combine closed and open cable trunking on the screen to create their desired configuration - with all fittings, outlets, break-outs and connections to control cabinets, housings or system components. The planning data from the tool can be loaded into the customer's own CAD system via a 'Step' file for further processing. The database is used to create parts and order lists for the quotation and generate the production data, from which Pflitsch creates the required components and pre-assembles them into trunking assemblies. As the data is processed digitally from measurement to production, no transmission errors can occur.
