Hummel presents the new M12 Power circular connector, which is intended to open up completely new applications, especially in building technology. It transmits power up to a rated voltage of 630 V and a rated current of up to 16 A. The metal housings are all EMC-compliant as standard and can accommodate cables with a cross-section of up to 11 mm. The circular connector is available in four codings and complies with protection classes IP67 and IP69K. According to the manufacturer, it is robust, easy to handle and works reliably in a temperature range from -40° to 125° C.
