Energy supply for shuttle, AKL and RBG

Paul Vahle launches the VCL compact conductor rail. The solution was designed for shuttle systems, automated small parts warehouses (AKL) and storage and retrieval machines (RGB) as well as for compact shuttle and transfer trolley applications in the small and medium capacity range.

The conductor rail can be individually configured to suit the application. It is available with 2 to 6 poles and meets power requirements between 40 A (galvanized steel conductor) and 100 A (copper conductor) as well as voltages from 12 to 500 V.

It is compatible with the supplier's multi-carrier (VMT), which means that the VCL (Vahle Compact Line) conductor rail expands this to include a compact solution for warehouse technology applications with large suspension distances of up to 3.5 m. The system can also be installed within a shuttle rail. Protection against accidental contact to IP2x (finger protection and protection against foreign bodies) and an optional PE protective conductor ensure trouble-free and accident-free operation.
