Emergency stop with pull release

Georg Schlegel has come up with a special design for the new emergency stop variants with pull release in the 'Shortron' series: In addition to the mushroom-shaped buttons, there is also an emergency stop with a ball head or in cylinder form.

All variants with pull release are available without a contact element for intermediate installation and with a contact element for the blade terminal or PCB connection. The version with blade terminals is available as an NC contact, double NC contact, double NC contact emergency stop with pull release with NO contact and double NC contact with lighting. A double break contact and a double break contact with NO contact are available for the emergency stop with push-in connection.

The protection class corresponds to IP65/IP67; according to Schlegel, the operating temperature is between -25 and +70 °C. In accordance with EN60947-5-1, the NC contacts are positive opening.
The emergency stop buttons are designed for installation openings of 22.3 mm; depending on the version, they have an installation depth of 9.2 mm to 18.1 mm.
