Stabilus and Synapticon work together
As part of a strategic partnership, Stabilus acquires a minority stake in Synapticon via a capital increase.

Synapticon specializes in the development of highly compact and highly integrated motion control electronics. The products are based on proprietary software technology and microchips. The company from Schönaich in Germany plans to invest the funds made available by Stabilus as part of the capital increase in the further development of its products and operational growth. The partnership will enable Stabilus to expand its digital expertise, which offers opportunities for the Powerise product line in particular.
