Ready-to-connect position indicators for linear axes

The partial automation of packaging machines is now easy to implement with the help of a coordinated solution: RK Rose+Krieger offers suitable adapter kits for its linear axes for mounting the SeGMo-Assist digital position indicator from Lenord+Bauer.

SeGMo-Assist simplifies manual adjustment processes by displaying target and actual positions. Variants are available for rotary and linear applications. Together with linear axes, this results in a technically simple partial automation solution which, according to the manufacturer, offers a high degree of process reliability. In order to coordinate position indicators and linear axes, the user always has to spend a certain amount of time designing the required adapter and for the design and approval process of the complete infeed axis. This is why RK Rose+Krieger now provides suitable torque supports. This also makes it easy to retrofit production systems with semi-automated format adjustments.

Similar adapters from RK Rose+Krieger have already proven themselves for connecting SeGMo actuators for full automation. The right level of automation can now be implemented for every application, as mixed operation of actuators and position indicators is also possible. Installation using an adapter kit is part of Lenord+Bauer's plug & play concept, which allows users to use the company's SeGMo products on their machines within a short space of time.
