Smart, innovative, trend-setting - this is the automation industry. It is regarded as a key technology for resource-efficient and sustainable production, enables new business models and helps to cope with demographic change.

This is also reflected in new and further product developments. Since December 2021, the editorial team has presented over 500 products in the print and e-paper editions of Computer&Automation and on the online portal computer-automation.de. We have categorized, reviewed and discussed them. In the end, 96 products were selected from this variety in twelve categories and nominated for the 'Product of the Year 2023' award.
