More than 340,000 new products
The distributor DigiKey added more than 340,000 new products to its product portfolio in the first half of the year. Around 90,000 of these are available for sale from stock.
The portfolio expansion includes technical components and automation products from more than 150 new suppliers. They are available from stock in DigiKey's core business, in the DigiKey Marketplace and in the "Shipping by DigiKey" program.
The most important suppliers to be added in the first half of 2024 include Flexmatic, Faulhaber, Schaltbau and Nexcom. The portfolio expansion reflects the distributor's efforts to expand across all product categories, including controls, precision sensors, efficient motors and innovative industrial automation products.
