Merger of Rollon and Nadella
With Nadella joining the Rollon and Timken family, the company is taking the next step in expanding its product range.
Both Rollon and Nadella specialize in the development and production of linear drive technology. The companies realize customer-specific solutions for various applications. The product range, range of services and areas of application are 85% complementary.
Rollon is a provider in the field of telescopic guidance systems and also focuses on actuator technology and as a system solution specialist. The focus sectors include aviation, industrial machinery, logistics, rail vehicle technology, robotics and automation.
In addition to linear guidance systems, Nadella's portfolio also includes ball screw drives, rod ends and spherical plain bearings. The main focus is on mechanical engineering, the machine tool industry, the packaging industry and robotics and automation. With Nadella, Durbal, Chiavette Unificate, Shuton and Ipiranga, the Nadella Group unites several brands under one roof, which will be retained in the future.
