Linear motor modules added to the portfolio

Bosch Rexroth is launching linear motor modules (LMM) onto the market. Available in sizes 140, 180 and 220, the axes with backlash-free direct drive are available in all sizes with iron-core linear motors.

Sizes 180 and 220 LMMs from Bosch Rexroth are also available with an optional ironless motor. This opens up a wide range of applications with standard strokes of up to 1540 mm and forces of up to 2400 N. At maximum speeds of 5 m/s and maximum accelerations of 250 m/s2, the LMMs achieve a repeat accuracy of ±1.0 μm. The integrated spindle-free direct drive replaces mechanical power transmission, which increases dynamics and efficiency and enables high-precision repeatability. At the same time, the modular design of the ready-to-install LMM reduces assembly work.
