ABM Greiffenberger at the SPS 2022Frequency inverters up to 2.2 kW for intralogistics
ABM Greiffenberger completes the inverter series for container and pallet conveyor technology with two sizes specially developed for intralogistics. With the power range up to 2.2 kW, even higher loads can be moved.
The 32ECF brushless slotted flat motor from Portescap has a diameter of 32 mm and an overall length of 17.6 mm. The 8-pole flat architecture motor uses an external rotor configuration with an air gap between the coil and the magnetic structure, which is guided radially. Its electromagnetic design has been optimized for higher performance, with an optimization of the motor regulation factor (R/K^2) by 45% compared to the standard available options. The motor also delivers a maximum continuous power of 32 W at 10,000 rpm. Customization options are available. According to the manufacturer, the motor is particularly suitable for applications that require a powerful but space-limited drive solution, such as electric grippers, laboratory automation, infusion systems, service robots and LiDar (Light Detection and Ranging).
