Portfolio expansion for DC motors
Faulhaber has several new additions to its range of DC micromotors: the GXR 1437 family of motors with copper-graphite commutation and the SXR 1424 and SXR 1437 motors with precious metal commutation.
With a diameter of 14 mm, the new models are tailored to the supplier's modular system and are seamlessly compatible with planetary gearboxes and magnetic encoders. The robustness and performance of the motors is ensured, among other things, by the hexagonal winding, which, according to the manufacturer, enables maximum power density in the smallest possible space. In addition to different bearing configurations, flexible voltage variants and various electrical connection options are available. Modifications to the front and rear shafts and optimized rotor balancing are further features of the motors. The DC motors are RoHS-compliant.
