Clemens Maier takes over industry sector management
Clemens Maier is taking over the management of the industrial sector at Bachmann electronic. The 41-year-old automation expert is following in the footsteps of Leopold Matouschek, who will focus entirely on the management of the subsidiary Bachmann Visutec in future.
Clemens Maier has over 18 years of sales experience in the automation industry. His career began with an apprenticeship as a mechanical engineering technician, followed by a degree in automation technology at the HTL Bregenz. At his previous employer, Beckhoff Automation, he held various positions, including technical support and sales, where he worked as sales area manager and key account manager.
When asked about his reasons for joining Bachmann electronic, Maier explains: "What particularly appeals to me is the unique combination of technological excellence, innovative strength and entrepreneurial freedom at Bachmann. As sector manager, I have the opportunity to make strategic decisions and at the same time help shape operations. The environment at Bachmann, which is characterized by collaboration, openness and trust, offers an ideal platform for progress."
Maier emphasizes that he sees close cooperation with product management as the key to success: "I want to work closely and proactively with product management and develop forward-looking solutions. My aim is to expand Bachmann Rolle as a strong and reliable partner in the industry and to meet the constantly changing requirements of our customers."
