As the new Head of Industry, Energy & Logistics, Arno Reich is now responsible for Deutsche Messe AG's industry, energy and logistics trade fairs - above all Hannover Messe. He takes over the position from Marc Siemering, who has left the company.
As Head of Division, the strategic development of the trade fair portfolio in Germany and abroad is one of Arno Reich's new core tasks. In addition to the German market, this includes various trade fairs in Europe, Asia and North and Central America.
Reich, who holds a degree in business administration, began his professional career in 1999 as a project officer for Expo 2000 in Hanover. At the end of 2000, he moved to Deutsche Messe AG. Since then, he has held various positions there, most recently as head of the Integrated Automation, Motion & Drives (IAMD), Digital Factory and Worldwide Events departments. Hubertus von Monschaw took over these two positions on January 1, 2019. Von Monschaw has worked for Deutsche Messe since 2003 and was previously responsible for ICT & Business and Communications & ICT Infrastructure.
