Industry 4.0 - How many jobs are at risk?

According to a study by the World Economic Forum, around seven million jobs will be lost by 2020 as a result of Industry 4.0 - and far fewer new ones will be created.

Experts from 350 large corporations were interviewed for the study by the World Economic Forum. It states that around two million new jobs will be created in the most important economies as a result of new occupational fields, but that over seven million jobs will be lost at the same time. The study is available for download in the whitepaper section.
