New management structure
FSG Fernsteuergeräte, a provider of measurement and sensor technology, is about to make a change at the top: Klaus-Dieter Schulz is retiring from the management of the company.
With effect from October 31, 2022, Klaus-Dieter Schulz has retired from the operational business of FSG Fernsteuergeräte. His son Christian Schulz will take over as sole Managing Director of the sensor technology provider. His brother Carsten will take over the sole management of the Berlin-based company Union-Klischee. He will remain a shareholder of FSG and will continue to support his brother Christian in an advisory capacity.
