With this wind sensor from FSG Fernsteuergeräte, space can be saved in confined areas at the highest point of crane systems or similar facilities, installation and maintenance costs are reduced, the sensor is more visible and, according to the manufacturer, offers greater accuracy. The wind sensor with obstruction light has an IP66 degree of protection and complies with all relevant regulations and standards of the International Civil Aviation Organization (ICAO) as well as the General Administrative Regulation on the Marking of Obstacles to Aviation (AVV). It can therefore be used without restriction for marking aviation obstacles such as cranes, wind turbines or buildings. The red obstruction light achieves a light intensity of 10 or 32 cd (red), the magnetic wind sensor measures wind speeds from 0 to 50 m/s. The combination is supplied with 18 to 33 V(DC), analog signals or a CAN bus are available as signal outputs.
