Current productsNews from sensor technology
What would the smart factory of today and tomorrow be without sensors? Sensors are indispensable as the basis of every industrial production system. Computer&AUTOMATION has summarized current trends in a picture gallery.

Althen is expanding and completing its portfolio in the areas of inclination measurement, leveling and inclination monitoring. Customized solutions in the form of a sensor or a complete measuring system are also possible for special requirements. The inclination sensors in the "NM", "NSS" and "NSZ" series, for example, are intended for monitoring and testing industrial applications, such as lifting platforms, leveling tasks, construction machinery or buildings. They consist of a non-contact sensor with evaluation electronics and measure in ranges from ±3 to ±60° or 0 to 90° with an accuracy of up to ±0.1°. The encapsulated electronics and IP66 or IP68 protection classes ensure durability and long-term stability. The inclination sensors are installed in a die-cast housing made of EMC aluminum. Special versions, for example in a stainless steel housing or for customer-specific measuring ranges, can be realized on request.
