Inclination sensor IN88 from Kübler
© Fritz Kübler GmbH Zähl- und Sensortechnik

Kübler rounds off its portfolio of position and motion sensors in the field of mobile automation with the IN88 inclination sensor. IP67 and IP69k protection, a temperature range of -40 to +85 °C, shock resistance up to 100 g and vibration resistance up to 10 g enable it to be used outdoors. Two-dimensional inclinations in the measuring range of ±85° or one-dimensional inclinations up to 360° can be measured. The resolution is 0.01°; at a temperature of 25 °C, an absolute accuracy of ±0.4° is possible. The measuring principle is capacitive or MEMS. The inclination sensors can be adapted to the respective application using filter settings that can be individually parameterized via CANopen. The sensors are available in 1× M12 plug or 2× M12 plug versions. Their power supply is 10 to 30 V(DC). A Modbus version is also available. Thanks to the flat design of 80 mm × 60 mm × 23 mm, the sensors are easy to install and can be stacked on top of each other.
