The Profinet encoders in the 900 series from Leine & Linde are available with dual output for absolute and incremental signals. The product series is resistant to conditions such as high temperatures, humidity, vibrations or impact. Thanks to the doubling of the bearing size compared to similar encoders on the market, the series is designed for long-lasting operation, according to the manufacturer. To adapt to different shaft sizes, the encoder series offers both hollow and solid shafts in various dimensions, including special features such as a conical design, keyway or keyway. The encoders are available with various interface types for transferring detailed data to the respective system. In addition to Profinet, EnDat, Profibus, Ethernet IP, Ethercat and Drivecliq are supported.
