Current productsInnovations in sensor technology
What would the smart factory of today and tomorrow be without sensors? Sensors are indispensable as the basis of every industrial production system. Computer&AUTOMATION has summarized current trends in a picture gallery.

With the GSM-2, Keller combines an autonomous data logger and a remote transmission unit in one device. Connected to a pressure transmitter or a level probe, it independently determines the current measured values for pressure and temperature and optionally also conductivity and transmits this measured data either by SMS, e-mail or FTP via the GSM mobile phone network (GPRS connection). The remote transmission unit is typically used in hydrology or hydrogeology to record water levels or for pressure testing in the construction industry. The device is available in different housings to suit the respective installation conditions on site. The transmitted measurement data is received, processed, stored and displayed by the 'GSM-Datamanager' computer software. Remote configuration is carried out via software from the workstation.
