Significantly more safe exits

With a combined solution consisting of the modular Cube67 fieldbus system and the safe MVK Metal Safety fieldbus module, the number of safe outputs directly on the machine can be significantly increased in a simple way.

As there is no need for safety relays, this saves space in the switch cabinet. If an emergency occurs in machines and systems - for example because a safety door is opened or a light curtain is penetrated - outputs must be de-energized immediately.
One method of achieving safe outputs is to combine safety relays with 'K3' fieldbus modules. Via safe outputs on 'MVK Metal Safety' - controlled by a Profinet/Profisafe controller - up to twelve safe outputs are created on the 'K3' module. They are divided into two safety circuits, each with three double-assignable slots.
