The CR-800 controller is used for each robot in the series to make installation and product selection as simple as possible. Despite additional connections, this controller offers a direct possibility to connect robot controllers with each other or to control several robots with one teaching box. Other features of the system include optional Ethercat compatibility and intelligent functions for camera connection and calibration as well as additional safety functions for human-robot cooperation. Depending on the model, the robots in the series allow payloads of 2 to 20 kg at ranges of up to 1504 mm. Wall or ceiling mounting is possible as an option. The articulated arm robots in the series with a payload of over 2 kg meet the requirements of protection class IP67 and are particularly suitable for the food, beverage and packaging industries. The robots are also available for ultra-clean applications in cleanroom class ISO 3. Ethernet, USB, tracking, camera and additional axis connections as well as manual I/Os are integrated as standard to ensure straightforward integration into existing and new systems. An integrated anti-collision function facilitates the combination of different robot CPUs via a common iQ control platform.
