Cybus has launched the Start Smart Connectware to make the entry into Industry 4.0 as lean and simple as possible, especially for production sites worldwide. The complete bundle consists of the actual Connectware as a physically and digitally encrypted interface between machines and operators plus an integrated, directly usable IoT service for live monitoring of processes and machine statuses. This means that no invasive intervention in existing production settings is necessary. Cybus develops the Connectware itself, and service providers then provide the company with the desired IoT services on the Connectware as a service app. This includes IoT apps for remote monitoring, predictive maintenance, machine analytics and service & aftersales. This means that any number of additional devices, systems and building system technologies can be connected or IoT services can be added based on the Cybus platform - regardless of protocol or device type, while all data access can be controlled individually.
