With the 'Remote Access Platform (RAP)', Sigmatek offers a secure, web-based option for remote services - from monitoring and remote maintenance, debugging and commissioning to software updates or data insights.
The new version of Sigmatek 's browser-based remote solution offers a graphical user interface, improved user management and the option of two-factor authentication, according to the manufacturer. Users can create personalized dashboards and machine pages on the user interface - for different machine types, groups, customers and users. The 'live view' shows the current status of individual machines. 'Machine cards' provide an overview of all devices. The visualization of the connected machines can be operated via VNC or web server. Notifications and alarms can be configured via 'Cloud Notify' and 'Cloud Logging' provides in-depth insights into the machine. The data and reports recorded here can be exported for further processing.
