ToolmakingSchuler takes over Aweba
Schuler AG, based in Göppingen and specializing in forming technology, is acquiring 100% of the Saxon company Aweba - a full-range supplier in the toolmaking and fixture sector - subject to the approval of the antitrust authorities.
