Viscoflux mobile S can be used to continuously and reliably convey highly viscous food bases and ingredients such as vegetable and fruit concentrates, nut creams, peanut butter, caramel and fats, as well as media such as Vaseline, ointments, mascara or lip gloss from the drums for further processing or filling. Residual quantities of less than 1 % can be achieved. The mobile system can be moved to wherever it is needed and can also be transported in a freight elevator. Depending on the chassis variant, different drum types can be emptied on and off pallets. The system is also suitable for emptying containers with four drums per pallet. All wetted components of the drum emptying system comply with the EC 1935/2004 and FDA CFR 21 regulations. The stainless steel processing unit can be operated safely in damp production environments. The battery and electronics are encapsulated in the mast to protect against moisture, as is the automatic freewheel, which makes the device easier to operate.
