With Machina, Azeti Networks offers an innovative complete solution that enables production plant operators to read out all measurement data from machine control systems (PLCs) that were previously inaccessible. To do this, Machina is connected to the PLC and reads out machine data, whereby the system is operated completely isolated from the actual production process. The solution is designed so that data is only read out and no changes can be made to the PLC or machines. All data is encrypted and sent via a secure connection to the Machina portal, where key production figures and machine statuses are visualized. Special analytics enable the end user to see evaluations such as the overall efficiency of the machine (OEE) or anomalies in machine operation. Automatically generated alarms inform the system operator about critical production conditions at any time and enable problems to be rectified quickly and effectively.
