With Nuvis-5306RT, Industrial Computer Source announces a fanless embedded PC designed for machine vision applications. The system integrates proven and new interfaces such as LED lighting controller, camera trigger outputs, encoder input, real-time I/O, digital I/O as well as Gigabit Ethernet, USB 3.0, USB 2.0, COM, audio, VGA + DVI-D, PCIe-x16 and mini-PCI-Express. According to the manufacturer, the 4 GigE ports with PoE and additional USB 3.0 ports allow all current industrial cameras to be connected. Extensions for CameraLink and CoaXPress are also available. The built-in i5/i7 Skylake processor is designed for robust 24/7 image processing applications with multiple cameras. The computer is housed in a compact housing measuring 240 mm × 225 mm × 111 mm.
