Control 201630th anniversary of the trade fair
Over 900 exhibitors from 32 countries are expected at Control from April 26 to 29, 2016. The world's leading trade fair for quality assurance is celebrating its 30th anniversary this year.
Inspectpro 3D vpm from in-situ is a system for the three-dimensional inspection of surfaces. For 3D surface defects such as paint pimples, scratches, cracks, blowholes or similar surface deformations, the company uses its proprietary 'Sparc' technology, in which the surface is illuminated from four different sides. The 3D surface structure is reconstructed from the shading process. The underlying principle is called shape-from-shading. The 3D image acquisition is fully integrated into the 'Inspectpro' inspection software and therefore offers all the possibilities of scalable PC-based image processing software.
