Control 201630th anniversary of the trade fair
Over 900 exhibitors from 32 countries are expected at Control from April 26 to 29, 2016. The world's leading trade fair for quality assurance is celebrating its 30th anniversary this year.
Polytec presents the Atom 1024 microbolometer camera from US manufacturer Sofradir-EC. The camera for the long-wave infrared range can be operated at an XGA resolution of 1024 x 768 pixels with a frame rate of 30 fps or alternatively in VGA resolution with 640 x 480 pixels and 60 fps. Low power consumption, compact dimensions and low weight make them interesting for mobile applications, handheld devices and OEM use. The uncooled microbolometer array has a spectral sensitivity of 8 to 14 μm and a thermal sensitivity of <50 mK. The short thermal time constant is 10 ms. Optional GigE, Cameralink or LVTTL interface, numerous lenses with different fields of view, focal lengths and focusing types ensure flexibility in applications.
