Ray Upton, vice president of connected microcontrollers at Texas Instruments, unveiled new embedded processing and analog chips based on bulk acoustic wave (BAW) technology for connectivity and communications infrastructures. TI's first two devices to be developed using BAW technology are the 'SimpleLink CC2652RB' wireless microcontroller (MCU) and the 'Network Synchronizer Clock LMK05318'.
