Fischer Elektronik presents a newly developed housing for the Raspberry Pi 2 circuit board model type B, which consists of two specially shaped aluminum sheet metal bending parts with a material thickness of 1.5 mm, which are connected to each other with the help of snap-in lugs and a fastening screw. The M2.5 threaded sockets permanently integrated in the lower shell are used for direct mounting of the Raspberry PCB. Cut-outs on the sides allow the PC boards to be connected to the power supply and all peripheral devices and expansion boards.
