The 'Skillconomy' software finds experts and information within the company: The software fully automatically creates a personal knowledge profile about employees by analyzing the specific vocabulary they use during their work. This is assigned to 12,000 areas of knowledge using artificial intelligence. If an employee deals with a topic more often than average, they are recognized as an expert in this field of knowledge. They are free to decide whether they want to make this visible to colleagues in the company's own private cloud. In addition, 'Skillconomy' integrates local, central and external information sources - such as Outlook, file servers and Xing. This enables project management to find suitable team members, service to find all information on past projects or sales to find all relevant people for a customer.
